A FOOD FUNDRAISER will also take place on-site for Drive Thru/Take-Out ONLY starting at 4pm until sold out. Meal includes chicken wings, fries, a beverage, and a whoopie pie for a minimum donation of $10. Only cash or checks are accepted. People are not permitted to gather, sit, or eat on-site. Call 717-725-1383 with questions.

Bidding Information:

  • Pre-bids can be placed online. Lots will start closing live on August 14 at 5 pm (EST)

  • 10% buyer’s premium for online buyers (includes shipping). No buyer’s premium for on-site buyers.

Terms/Conditions:

  • All items will be sold as is, where is, and there is no guarantee to the quality, grade, and/or authenticity of each item. That is the responsibility of the buyer.

  • 10% Buyers premium for online buyers only. Free shipping is included.

  • Items may have a reserve amount. If the reserve amount is not met, the item might be held until the next auction.

Shipping/Pickup:

  • Shipping is included in the 10% buyer’s premium. Shipping is via USPS (insurance & tracking).

  • Please call Steven Stoltzfus at 717-725-1383 to make arrangements for shipping or pick up of items. By picking up items, more of the proceeds go directly to MCC.

  • No buyer’s premium for on-site buyers. Payment for purchases must be made by the end of the auction.

  • Items not removed from the auction grounds will be held for 30 days, after which they will be considered abandoned and will be sold at the next auction.

* IMPORTANT * Please review current guidelines and mandates from the Pennsylvania Dept. of Health and Center for Disease Control (CDC). In Pennsylvania, masks or facial coverings must be worn in all public spaces, including at this event. Facial coverings or masks should not be placed on children under age 2, anyone who has trouble breathing, or is unconscious, incapacitated or otherwise unable to remove the mask without assistance. Social distancing (at least 6ft. apart) will be in place and people are encouraged to wash hands with soap and water or use hand sanitizer when possible.
